InfoComm - SunBriteTV’s New 49” Outdoor Display Offers Commercial Integrators Upgraded Features Without an Upgraded Price

New Pro Series Model Introduces Larger Screen Size, Smaller Footprint, With Same Cost and Legendary SunBriteTV Durability as its Predecessor

INFOCOMM 2016, Las Vegas—SunBriteTV announced today a 49" model, joining the company's Pro Series line of ruggedized outdoor televisions and displays. With this addition, the robust Pro Series now offers 13 different displays ranging from 32" to 84", many available in both landscape and portrait orientation and optional touchscreen capability. All SunBriteTV displays are made for permanent outdoor installation and are perfect for outdoor menu signage, park directories, hotel and restaurant patios and more.

The SB-4917HD offers an identical price point but significant upgrades over the 47" Pro Series display it replaces, including a thinner bezel and a larger media bay featuring self-powered media ports.

"We strive to continuously improve our offering and bring our commercial integrator partners the best products and value in the industry. This new 49" Pro Series is a great example of that," said Jonathan Johnson, General Manager, SunBriteTV. "The larger 700 NIT screen and thinner bezel maximizes the viewing area while still fitting into the same footprint as the 47" model, greatly increasing customer upgrade potential."

Designed for permanent outdoor installation, the new 49" Pro Series television is tested to withstand rain, snow, dust, insects, salt corrosion and humidity. A tempered glass shield protects the screen from impact and built-in temperature regulation systems guarantee flawless operation between -40 and 122F.

The larger direct-sunlight-readable HD LED 1080p screen is made with SunBriteTV's signature anti-glare feature that makes the display top notch for outside viewing from any angle. The Enhanced Solar Tolerance (EST) technology helps protect from dark spots affecting lesser screens when placed in a full sun environment. The rust proof powder-coated aluminum exterior shields the television's internal components from outdoor weather and built-in 5V and 12V power eliminates the need to run external power cords for many popular media players.

The SB-4917HD, one of SunBriteTV's first new products since being acquired by SnapAV late 2015, will ship in June and be available for $4,295 MSRP.
