PlanterSpeakers by Madison Fielding to Bring Acclaimed Outdoor Speakers to The AXPONA Audio Expo ‘16

“Invisible” Hi-Fidelity Outdoor Entertainment Products On Display in the Lobby of the Westin O’Hare in Rosemont, IL

Port Chester, NY - April 12, 2016—Art Powers Jr. of PlanterSpeakers by Madison Fielding is bringing his company's full line of outdoor planter speakers featuring the company's Flagstone model and custom amplifiers to The AXPONA Audio Expo at the Westin O'Hare Hotel in Rosemont, IL, April 15-17th. AXPONA (Audio Expo North America) features multiple hotel floors with over 110 high fidelity listening rooms, seminars and live musical performances.

Driven to create a major upgrade in outdoor sound, the company's core mission has been to offer top quality high-end speakers sealed in beautifully designed planters - and the Flagstone, PlanterSpeakers most acclaimed model, is the best example of the company's success. And now, just in time for the AXPONA Audio Expo, the company will also debut a beautiful reclaimed wood planter speaker model, and a new line of Madison Fielding amplifiers that perfectly complement the speakers in the PlanterSpeakers line.

"Our AXPONA demos will give the show's attendees, including dealers, architects, designers and the press, a look at the future of outdoor sound," said Powers. For 15 years, Powers has been building truly invisible sound systems, using world-class high-end speakers in contemporary and classically designed planters for the outdoor spaces of luxury modern and classic homes, hotels and resorts.
The Flagstone planter speaker is the company's featured product, and gives great voice to the new Madison Fielding amplifiers. The speaker's three-way design features an outdoor rated ten-inch woofer, four-inch midrange and one-inch tweeter that deliver a true high fidelity experience rivaling some of the finest sounding speakers in the world. The hidden speakers produce a luxurious sound that seems to emanate from thin air.
The Flagstone delivers music with deep bass, rich flowing vocals and crystalline highs from speakers encased within modern planters. And, whether listening at low or party volume, the full spectrum of sound is always present and clear. The Flagstone is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, and includes ingenious soft planting bags custom made for The Flagstone by Smart Pot USA, so that live plants are kept happy and healthy.

The Flagstone is offered in three models that fit any space. A pair of the Flagstones retails from $1,499 to $3,999 and is handcrafted in PlanterSpeakers' U.S. manufacturing facility using the finest components available. The Flagstone's speakers can be configured to produce sound at 180 or 90 degrees, and one enclosure can be made to produce spacious stereo. The company will also present its Piermont slatted teak planter speakers, priced from $5,795 to $6,495, and debut its new reclaimed wood model, priced at $4,500 a pair.

To view and hear the Flagstone and Madison Fielding amplifiers, visit the PlanterSpeakers display at The AXPONA Audio Expo in the Westin O'Hare - lobby level, just outside Higgins Room.
