More Musicality...Less Complexity

The SonaFlex is known for bringing musicality to residential and light commercial installations, and with the new hardware, firmware, and software utilities, Audio Authority has taken the complexity out of installation.

LEXINGTON, KY - Audio Authority® is announcing their newly redesigned SonaFlex SF-16M Matrix Amplifier. "Multi-zone amplifiers are typically used for ambiance only and don't always have the best sound. We love music at Audio Authority and wanted to create an amplifier for those installations where the client is looking for a more musical solution." says Tony Ferrero, Sales Manager for Audio Authority.

The SonaFlex was originally released in 2012, and while it has always provided great sound, it was a complex amplifier that was time consuming to configure. Ferrero went on to say, "Our updated SonaFlex has new hardware, firmware and software utilities that make installation incredibly fast and easy for our dealers."

The new amplifier boasts:

1. A simplified front panel menu tree that allows easy setup right out of the box.

2. Setup utilities for Windows and Mac that can be used through hard-wire, or wireless network connections for advanced setup.

3. A new Control4 driver that even allows you to push the setup from the Control4 device to the amp.

Ferrero said, "The SonaFlex is not intended to be the amp for all occasions, but it presents an intriguing 'step-up' alternative to ordinary multi-zone amps when better audio is required. The SonaFlex is special - we build this amp right here in Lexington, Kentucky, and our customers get personal, prompt support from Curtis and Alex, right here in the same building where the SonaFlex was created."
