SupplyStream Launches Affiliate Program For Manufacturer Reps

Affiliate Program offers reps a tool to streamline their business along with a recurring commission when they sign up dealers

April 21, 2015 — SupplyStream, the web-based platform that aggregates industry products and suppliers into a single website for dealers, announced today the official industry-wide launch of its affiliate program for manufacturer reps. The launch comes on the heels of a successful pilot program in which several hand-selected reps across the country participated. The Affiliate Program compensates reps when they introduce and sign up their dealers for a SupplyStream account. In addition, participating reps will have a dedicated account inside SupplyStream where they can manage all their product lines, price columns and orders in one place.

For reps, communicating critical information in real time to their entire dealer base can be very challenging. Much of the industry has been built on antiquated "technology" to distribute pricing and product information, such as PDF's or pricing binders. With SupplyStream, reps can not only promote real-time pricing, but also save time processing orders and add transparency to the ordering process.

"If you are a rep, you want to be spending as much time as you can demoing and selling products, not processing paperwork, orders and distributing price sheets." said Kirk Chisholm, Founder & CEO, SupplyStream. "SupplyStream is available at no cost to reps and provides their dealers a state-of-the-art portal and web purchasing experience. Reps love our online catalog because it's the most efficient way to disseminate useful information to dealers 24/7 while maintaining complete control over the orders."

"We first learned about SupplyStream at iPro last October, and to say we were impressed would be an understatement. When we were asked to participate in the Affiliate Pilot Program, we jumped at the opportunity," said David Humphries, Principal, Atlantic Integrated LLC and former iPro President. "SupplyStream solves problems that we've faced in the industry for many years. This solution helps dealers, vendors, and especially reps."

"SupplyStream has proven to be a very valuable tool for us," adds Dale Pugh, Executive VP of Elite 3 Pro in Houston, TX. "It saves my dealers time so they can focus on the things that are important to their business - acquiring and closing customers and delivering and installing my brands. It saves me time so I can focus on the things that are important to my business - sales, product trainings, and customer support."
