QA Graphics, Iowa creative design firm, exhibited at the National Restaurant Show in Chicago and saw a trend among restaurant attendees at the show, expressing increased interest in interactive marketing solutions, digital menu boards and other digital signage solutions.

The 2013 National Restaurant Show took place May 18-21 in Chicago, and attracted more than 62,500 industry pros from more than 100 countries to view world-class innovations, new products and services, creative ideas and other growth opportunities across the restaurant and hospitality industry. At the show, QA Graphics demonstrated a variety of creative solutions for restaurants, QSRs, vendors, and others in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

QA Graphics saw that attendees appeared to be more optimistic about making investments in technology and digital signage. There was a significant increase in booth traffic and a strong interest in all things digital. Attendees showed great interest in QA Graphics' Batch Digital Menu Boards and Batch Nutritional Kiosks. Restaurants operators shared that customers have begun to expect digital signage and it's important to make the upgrade from print signage. A major selling point of digital menu boards identified is the ability to easily change the content themselves. Attendees were also interested in QA Graphics' Source Displays, Reveal Sales Tool applications, mobile applications and other custom design solutions. Thanks to a positive economy and customer expectations, the restaurant industry seems to be taking off with digital signage.
