HISENSE XT780 NAMED AS CES INNOVATIONS 2013 DESIGN AND ENGINEERING AWARD HONOREE

Hisense XT780 joins the Hisense 65XT880 UHD TV as CES Award Honoree.

New York, New York, November 12, 2012 - Hisense today announced that it has been named an International CES Innovations 2013 Design and Engineering Awards Honoree for its Google TV powered 55-inch XT780 television.

The Hisense 55XT780 with Google TV expands upon Hisense's depth of experience with Google TV, allowing consumers to enjoy a new level of intuitive content discovery and viewing recommendations in addition to easy navigation to integrated services that include Netflix, Facebook, Pandora, YouTube and more. The XT780 series brings Google Play, web search, e-mail, shopping, news and online videos to users' fingertips.

Built on Google's robust Android platform, Google TV enables TV-optimized versions of Chrome, Google Play, Search, TV & Movies and YouTube. Just as Google does with web searches, Google TV can intuitively search and sort through millions of channels and shows across live television, content services, the home network, apps, and the web, discovering and delivering the most meaningful content to each viewer. Supporting standard and high definition content in 2D and 3D, Flash and HTML5 as well as H.264, MPEG-4 and AVC formats, the 55XT780 with Google TV powers the most versatile TV experience available for home entertainment today.

The Hisense 55-inch XT780 will be displayed in The Venetian at the 2013 International CES, which runs January 8-11, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

ELK Products -C1M1 Dual-Path Alarm Communicators with Remote Services

C1M1 offers a truly significant reduction in transmission time in comparison to other communicators that rely on dial capture or data bus decoding. This can result in quicker response time to emergency situations which could save lives and assets. By providing both IP and cellular pathways, C1M1 provides the reliability installers are looking for in an alarm communicator. C1M1 eliminates port forwarding and extra fees for remote access. Installers can remotely upload/download programming changes to M1 controls over IP or cellular using ElkRP2. Consumers can control the M1 remotely via the free ElkLink mobile app and web portal, as well as eKeypad and M1 Touch Pro apps. Other IP-based software and interface partners can connect to the M1 control over the local network through C1M1. C1M1 also provides email/text notifications for arm, disarm, and alarm events. ELK-C1M14GSM supports GSM (AT&T/T-Mobile) networks and ELK-C1M1CDMA supports CDMA (Verizon) networks.
