New Lever Locks Provide Attractive, Secure Option for Interior Doors

lock in the company's Yale Real Living™ (www.yalerealliving.com) line, the first locks
specifically designed to integrate seamlessly into the digital home.

The Yale Real Living lever lock is the perfect complement to the existing deadbolt.

These new lever locks provide an aesthetically pleasing for interior doors in areas that
require convenient level of security, such as utility rooms and home offices - places where
you want to prevent access or protect assets. Like their deadbolt counterparts, the Yale
Real Living lever locks are available in both durable acrylic touchscreen or simple, elegant,
tamper-resistant keypad.

Yale's new platform of intelligent locks supports both Z-Wave® and ZigBee®,
allowing them to integrate seamlessly into a wide range of home control and security
systems, including Honeywell's Tuxedo and Lynx, 2Gig's GoControl, Control4, the Vera ZWave
® home control system by Mi Casa Verde, and Alarm.com's emPower™, among
others.. Regardless of the home control system employed, users will have access to a high
degree of functionality, including the ability to lock and unlock doors from web-enabled
devices or create customized entry scenes for family members, neighbors and guests.

Features of the new locks include voice assisted programming in English, Spanish and French; personalized access-control scenes for up to 250 users; and access to all user programmable settings via select user interfaces.
