THRIVE IntelligenceTM Secures Channel Loyalty With Unique Revenue Sharing Program for Video Monitoring Services

THRIVE 360TM solution enables integrators to move from unstable, project-based revenue to long-term, sustainable business model

(DALLAS, TEXAS - September 7, 2012) - THRIVE Intelligence, a provider of video security as a service, has introduced a new partner program that provides integrators with dependable, predictable income streams, and as a result, reduces the need to pursue one-time, low-margin installation projects. Integrators who sell THRIVE 360, the Company's end-to-end video surveillance solution, will receive a monthly revenue split for the life of the contract.

"THRIVE Intelligence has successfully combined leading-edge video surveillance equipment with state-of-the-art software in one user-friendly platform," said Dean Wilson, CEO of THRIVE. "Together with a first-of-its-kind revenue sharing model for the video monitoring industry, we have created an unbeatable, turnkey offering that not only satisfies the exploding demand for intelligent video security, but which also provides integrators with a previously-unavailable source of recurring revenue."

Integrators who offer monitoring services to commercial customers at THRIVE's top service level can receive up to a $15 per month, per camera commission for the life of the customer relationship, with no cap on the number of cameras. Monthly monitoring for commercial end users costs approximately $60 per month, per camera. THRIVE has achieved such an attractive price point and revenue split by significantly streamlining and automating its technology and processes to create THRIVE 360, a turnkey, end-to-end solution that is easy for integrators to install and set up. To serve customers with legacy camera installations, whether analog or IP, THRIVE offers an intelligent appliance that plugs into the customer's network and sends the video signal back to THRIVE'S command center.

THRIVE's 24,000 square foot, purpose-built command center in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex provides monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. This fully redundant facility, with full disaster recovery capabilities, is staffed by highly trained, licensed Security Intervention Specialists who are supervised by law enforcement professionals. This unprecedented combination of technologies, analytics, and real-time monitoring enables integrators to have the assurance that they are providing end customers with the most advanced, proactive, security surveillance solution available.

THRIVE plans a similar residential video security offering in late 2012.
