Elections Open for CEDIA Board of Directors

Elected Directors will serve on the CEDIA Board for the 2013-2014 Term

NDIANAPOLIS (September 5, 2012) - The Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) has announced elections are now underway for CEDIA's Board of Directors. There are five open positions on the Board of Directors for the 2013-2014 term.


This year CEDIA refined the nomination process, asking for candidates that not only embrace CEDIA's mission but possess some of the key skills and experience necessary to help fulfill the ambitious initiatives of the new CEDIA strategic plan.

"The new nomination process has provided a strong slate of industry leaders," said Randy Stearns, Nominating Committee Chair. "The CEDIA Board of Directors defines the vision, direction, and strategic plan work for the association, strong leaders are needed to provide that guidance."

Voting is open for CEDIA member companies at www.cedia.net/election. Attendees may also vote onsite at CEDIA EXPO at one of two voting stations: one in the Relaxation Lounge on the show floor, and one across from the Membership Station. CEDIA member companies can vote for up to five nominees. Voting will close October 22, 2012. This year's nominees include:
