First Run Theatrical Releases Now Available to Watch at Home

Dallas, Texas- June 6, 2012 HomeTronics Inc, a leader in private home cinema and Prima

Cinema, a pioneer in luxury entertainment, successfully deployed the first PRIMA Cinema
digital movie server in the U.S more than 30 days ahead of its official release. Only Prima
Cinema allows screening of Hollywood movies and premium specialty in the privacy of your
own home during theatrical release.

The sleek design, by BMW Designworks, houses a powerful cinematic machine providing better
than Blu Ray resolution, 3D support and lossless digital surround sound to provide the ultimate
experience in the home. PRIMA Cinema automatically pre-caches and stores theatrical released
movie content over a broadband connection. Members simply browse for a movie, select, and
enjoy…no buffering, no streaming, and no unwanted interruptions. Following the theatrical
window, these films remain resident on the PRIMA Cinema Player for as long as they are
playing in theaters.

PRIMA Cinema is more than home theater," says Jason Pang, CEO of PRIMA Cinema, " it's a
Theater in your home. Film aficionados will appreciate the difference both in terms of access
and quality never before seen outside of the cinema. We are pleased to have HomeTronics
deploy our very first system in their showroom, and share it with their clientele.

PRIMA's proprietary designed security, approved by the major Hollywood movie studios,
utilizes advances in technology to provide one of the most secure consumer systems on the
market today Bryan Cruikshank, HomeTronics Vice President, says "this is the holy grail of home theater,
something that has been sought after and dreamt of for years, has now finally come to fruition.
We have celebrity clientele who will want this for their own home," which is one of the reasons
the system was designed. At $35,000 and $500 per 2D movie viewing, the system is tailored for
people who have private home cinemas and typically will wait several months for a the movie to
come out on disc or celebrities who really can't go out in public to catch a movie. The Prima
Cinema system allows this portion of the movie appreciation public to enjoy films while they are
socially current.

This first Prima Cinema system is installed in the HomeTronics screening room for permanent
demonstration and may be experienced by appointment only.

ELK Products -C1M1 Dual-Path Alarm Communicators with Remote Services

C1M1 offers a truly significant reduction in transmission time in comparison to other communicators that rely on dial capture or data bus decoding. This can result in quicker response time to emergency situations which could save lives and assets. By providing both IP and cellular pathways, C1M1 provides the reliability installers are looking for in an alarm communicator. C1M1 eliminates port forwarding and extra fees for remote access. Installers can remotely upload/download programming changes to M1 controls over IP or cellular using ElkRP2. Consumers can control the M1 remotely via the free ElkLink mobile app and web portal, as well as eKeypad and M1 Touch Pro apps. Other IP-based software and interface partners can connect to the M1 control over the local network through C1M1. C1M1 also provides email/text notifications for arm, disarm, and alarm events. ELK-C1M14GSM supports GSM (AT&T/T-Mobile) networks and ELK-C1M1CDMA supports CDMA (Verizon) networks.
