Lutron Unveils New Designs, Lower Price for Pico® Wireless Control
Coopersburg, PA (September 7, 2011) - Lighting control manufacturer Lutron Electronics is pleased to announce a new look and lower price for its popular Pico wireless control. The device is used in several Lutron product families, including HomeWorks® QS and RadioRA® 2 total home control systems and the Sivoia® QS automated window treatment system.
The wireless control can be used three ways: as a tabletop control mounted on a pedestal, as a lightweight hand -held remote, or as a wall -mounted control within a Lutron Claro® wallplate. It operates via Lutron's Clear Connect™ wireless, RF technology.
The new design features:
a sleek, flush -button aesthetic
new button combinations: 2 button, 2 button with raise/lower, 3 button and 3 button with raise/lower
a 10 -year battery life (up from 5 years)
prices as low as $25 (suggested list)

The new Pico controls can be ordered starting October 3.
