HomeRun Holdings Corp. Completes Acquisition of Techniku Inc.

Techniku Inc. will be relocating its operations out of Broomfield, Colorado to Pensacola, Florida in the near future.

Pensacola, FL., June 15, 2010 - HomeRun Holdings Corporation., today announced it has completed its acquisition of Techniku Inc., a Broomfield, Co. based manufacturer of automation solutions for interior window coverings and windows.


"Now that we have completed the acquisition process, I can tell you we are delighted to welcome Techniku to the HomeRun Holdings family" said Yan Rodriguez, Vice President, Business Development of HomeRun Holdings Corporation. "We are looking forward to integrating and expanding the Techniku brand with our line of Home Controls products to offer a more comprehensive solution to all our customers".

Techniku Inc. will be relocating its operations out of Broomfield, Colorado to Pensacola, Florida in the near future. This move will allow HomeRun Holdings Home Controls division and Techniku to merge its manufacturing, distribution, and customer service activities together.
