Developed for the custom residential and commercial AV market, the HDMI 1x4 Distribution Hub (500420) allows one (1) HDMI source to be distributed to up to four (4) HDMI displays via two (2) Cat5e/6 cables. At 1080p/8 -bit resolution, the hub supports up to 150 ft (46m) via Cat5e cable on either side of the hub, thereby allowing a total distance of 300 ft (92m) to be achieved between the HDMI source and the display. Furthermore, the product supports 1080p Deep Color up to 150 ft (46m) via Cat6 cable.

The HDMI 1x4 Distribution Hub includes one (1) IR Emitter for source control works in conjunction with the HDMI IR/Extender (500405 [kit], 500406 [Tx] and 500407 [Rx]). The hub also has a local HDMI output and is fully cascadable to support larger distribution applications.

The HDMI 1x4 Distribution Hub streamlines cabling in applications such as: home theatre, digital signage, boardroom projector systems and classroom training systems. The product allows pre -existing twisted pair to be used instead of costly single -use HDMI cable, thereby allowing HDMI equipment to access the structured cabling system for greater maximum investment return.

The product has a two (2) year warranty and complies with HDMI 1.3a and FCC Class A standards.
