FireFold celebrating 5 year anniversary
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
FireFold celebrating 5 year anniversary.
Concord, North Carolina -January 12, 2010 - FireFold, a subsidiary of Grouse Industries, is celebrating its five year anniversary in January 2010. The month long celebration will be highlighted by weekly sales and promotions.
The company began in January 2005 as a small home -based business operated by Christopher and Holly Grouse. With rapid growth in the following
years, a larger space was needed, prompting the search for a more accommodating location. The company was originally titled "Computer Network Technologies" but it was complicated for customers to remember, so the name "FireFold" was selected through an online competition.
After only one year in the first location, it became apparent that the space no longer was sufficient to meet the company's needs. FireFold moved once again, but this time to a 20,000 square foot warehouse. The company amped up advertising to increase traffic and expanded business operations and relationships.
In 2010, the company is looking forward to expanding for the third time into a brand new warehouse that will provide more space and allow for increased products and staff. "Reaching our five year anniversary is a testament to how well our business and staff operate. We have seen changes in the technology field, but FireFold has stayed true to our roots: customer service and keeping our product prices low are top priorities. The year 2010 promises to be an exciting time for FireFold, with a new warehouse in the works," says Christopher Grouse, CEO of FireFold.
FireFold, established in 2005, specializes in audio/video and computer/networking products. FireFold offers home theatre and computer service departments for installation and support needs. The Company was first established as an E -Commerce store and has rapidly become a thriving home theater and computer support business. FireFold's live customer support and personal attention to customers has made it one of the top privately owned companies in the nation. FireFold is headquartered in Concord, NC.
