Intamac wins two CES Innovation Awards for D -Link home monitoring kits

UK-based connected home provider Intamac Systems and its partner, networking solutions provider D-Link, have won two CES Innovation Awards

Las Vegas, December 21, 2009 - UK -based connected home provider Intamac Systems and its partner, networking solutions provider D -Link, have won two CES Innovation Awards for the D -Link Home Monitoring Starter Kit and the D -Link Home Energy Monitoring Starter Kit, being launched at CES in Las Vegas.


Both winning products will be showcased in the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) Grand Lobby as well as at Intamac's suite at the Bellagio and D -Link's booth 36232 in South Hall 4 at the LVCC.

The products are powered by Intamac's intelligent cloud -based service platform to provide home security, energy management and telecare which communications service providers and utilities can offer as value -added services at an affordable price.

The D -Link Home Monitoring Starter Kit is an easy -to -use, cost -effective home security solution which allows homeowners remotely monitor their homes.

The D -Link Home Energy Monitoring Starter Kit allows consumers to monitor and control their energy consumption, helping to reduce carbon emissions and utility bills.

The CES Innovation Awards are judged by a panel of independent engineers, product designers and industry trade press editors who judge the entries on engineering and design qualities, unique features, user value, contributions to consumers' quality of life and the impact on the manufacturer's business.
