MIDDLE ATLANTIC INTRODUCES FIRST FULLY INTEGRATED DOCK FOR iPod/iPhone IN RESIDENTIAL AV SYSTEMS

The Dock for iPod® and iPhone® from Middle Atlantic Products plays both music and video, supports the broadest range of new and legacy products and mounts flat against a rackrail or credenza so that it can be used with the cabinet door closed.

Fairfield, NJ - - Middle Atlantic Products is unveiling the first truly integrated rackmount dock for iPod® and iPhone® products, allowing clients to enjoy both music and video stored on the popular multimedia players through their installed residential AV system.

The line of rackmount docks features a variety of aesthetic finishes and supports the broadest range of iPod and iPhone products currently available.

Seamless integration into professional rack systems is made possible by the dock's compatibility with cabinet options, including doors. The product was designed to mount flat against a credenza or cabinet's rackrail, permitting full door closure when the system is in use, which is beneficial for situations where access should be limited and for aesthetic purposes.

The new rackmount dock is compatible with all current, and most legacy iPod and iPhone models, and supports video functionality for more models than any other rackmount dock currently available.

Functional benefits include charging capability, syncing with iTunes, and IR wireless remote control.

The new rackmount docks are four rackspaces high, available in an attractive thick milled, brushed and anodized or textured finish, and can accommodate either one or three iPod or iPhone models.
