"State of the Art" Framing Program New Art and Frames

Ft Lauderdale, Florida - January 05, 2009 - Media Décor's new FRAME -IT program is designed to help visualize the finished art and frame selections for any of the Media Decor Moving Art series. This includes the Elite, Illusion, and Razor series.

The online framing program is different from other systems because it formats the frame to the approximate size of the TV that will be used. This is very important for visualizing the finished product; as the TV becomes larger, the frame appears smaller in proportion to the image.

Any of Media Décor's thousands of artworks can be seen in a variety of frames. Or client's own images can be uploaded for custom applications. FRAME -IT also gives detailed frame corners and dimensional profiles.

With FRAME -IT several projects can be stored for comparison; and viewed in a 'slideshow' feature. Projects can be saved to computer, printed or even emailed to a friend or associate.

FRAME -IT pricing option sends the file to Media Décor for quotes.

Recently added to the Standard Frames, Designer Frames from Roma and Larson -Juhl and the Firenza Series of finished corner frames, clients can now choose from a selection of exquisite handmade frames from A.P.F. Munn. These unique and distinctive picture frames and mirror frames are hand crafted by master frame makers. With designs from the 15th Century to the most contemporary, many of the frames are reproductions of the finest antiques in museum collections.

Media Décor offers the widest selection of art from Classical to Contemporary. With the recent addition of about 1,000 new artworks bringing the total selection to over 2,000, the web site has been revamped to make selection easier. Art can be searched by not only by artist name, but also by color or genre, ranging from "Abstract" to "Water Scenes", and with new categories such as "Asian Art", "Children", "Music" and "Sports" clients have a wealth of choices.

The list of exciting new artists is too long to be mentioned here, but includes such artists as Spencer Hodge who has acquired a reputation as one of the finest wildlife artists this century, counting the Duke of Edinburgh and HSH Prince Rainier amongst his many admirers.

Of course clients can also choose to have their own art reproduced, family portraits are a popular choice.

Now with the FRAME -IT program, exciting new art and frames, clients can make their electronics blend seamlessly into any room's décor.

Universal Robots - Collaborative Robot Solutions

Universal Robots is a result of many years of intensive research in robotics. The product portfolio includes the UR5 and UR10 models that handle payloads of up to 11.3 lbs. and 22.6 lbs. respectively. The six-axis robot arms weigh as little as 40 lbs. with reach capabilities of up to 51 inches. Repeatability of +/- .004" allows quick precision handling of even microscopically small parts. After initial risk assessment, the collaborative Universal Robots can operate alongside human operators without cumbersome and expensive safety guarding. This makes it simple and easy to move the light-weight robot around the production, addressing the needs of agile manufacturing even within small- and medium sized companies regarding automation as costly and complex. If the robots come into contact with an employee, the built-in force control limits the forces at contact, adhering to the current safety requirements on force and torque limitations. Intuitively programmed by non-technical users, the robot arms go from box to operation in less than an hour, and typically pay for themselves within 195 days. Since the first UR robot entered the market in 2009, the company has seen substantial growth with the robotic arms now being sold in more than 50 countries worldwide.
