ekeyUSA Demonstrating latest home innovation in home fingerprint access control

Bradenton, FL September 4, 2008 - ekeyUSA Systems will be exhibiting at CEDIA 2008 (Booth 1025) to make the latest home innovation in access control available to homeowners using the convenience of biometric fingerprint technology with ekey® TOCA products.

With a simple swipe of a finger enrolled members are allowed to enter through a door, a garage door, turn on a light switch, or restrict access to a home office or cabinet. With ekey® TOCA systems, homeowners simply enroll and delete users instead of giving out keys and codes which can be lost, copied or shared without permission. The sleek, unobtrusive reader can be installed inside or outside and accessories are available to compliment home décor.

"With the latest networked addition, ekey® TOCAnet, homeowners can control multiple doors and users, assign and validate their access days and times, and also manage the system remotely," said Hassan Hares, President of ekeyUSA Systems. "The increased functionality gives homeowners peace of mind and real control in who and when someone has access to their home," added Hares.

ekey® TOCAhome and TOCAnet have broad applications beginning at a private residence and extending to public access and commercial arenas. "ekey is always working to expand product offerings and to provide a wide variety of solutions to meet and exceed residential, business, and commercial needs, " said Thomas Moser, Managing Director of Research and Development of ekey biometric systems based in Linz, Austria.
