Company to Offer Whole Home Media System to the Connected Home Market

Campbell, Calif. - January 4, 2007 - Home Director, Inc., a provider of reliable infrastructure and control products for the Connected Home market, today announced that it has reached an agreement in principle to acquire Dedicated Devices, Inc., a leading manufacturer of reliable Whole Home Media Systems.
