MILTON HYDRO TO DEPLOY TRILLIANT HOME SOLUTIONS ENABLING DEMAND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Zensys and Trilliant to Integrate Wireless Mesh Networking Solution for Home Based on Z-Wave Alliance Technology

Redwood City, California - February 5, 2007 - - Trilliant Networks, Inc., the industry's leading provider of advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) based on open standards, today announced Milton Hydro Distribution Inc., a leader in the successful adoption of AMI solutions, will deploy Trilliant Home solutions providing customers with choice of participation in planned Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) programs. Separately, Trilliant Networks and Zensys announced plans to integrate Trilliant's wireless mesh technology with in -home wireless control offerings available through the many Z -WaveTM Alliance members. The integrated solution will provide Trilliant customers with a broad range of retail options for expanded control of consumer appliances and home functions.

Trilliant Networks is the first AMI supplier to provide an open standards -based platform for AMI -integrated demand response (i.e., load control) incorporating thermostats and other loads such as pool pumps and water heaters. The Trilliant Home solution also supports "in -home" consumer displays that control loads, display meter readings, and provides for utility initiated messages.
