Customer Demand Among Independent Retailers and Growing Online Marketplace Fuels Growth.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ. - January 2, 2006 - DBL Distributing Inc., the leading national distributor of consumer electronic products and related accessories to independent retailers and online retailers in the United States, today announced that revenues for 2005 increased 30% over 2004. These positive growth results come in the midst of intense competition among consumer electronics retailers and reflect a movement among independent retailers to grasp high -margin product lines and expanded offerings as critical components of long -term viability.

"Coming off last year's strong performance, we are pleased to show continued growth and improving financial fundamentals," said David Lorsch, president and CEO of DBL Distributing, Inc. "Robust customer demand among independent retailers and continued growth in online shopping coupled with best in class service levels, improved operations and an expanded roster of manufacturers now in excess of 340 brand names, fueled this year's results. We expect similar positive trends to continue in 2006 as well."

Throughout 2005, DBL signed new distribution agreements with Philips, Daewoo, JVC, Protron, Microsmith, Marsh Sound Design, Astar Electronics, EasyMount, HiFi Works and Christie significantly expanding the company's offerings in the rapidly growing home theater and custom installation categories and making DBL one of the few national distributors featuring virtually any hardware or accessory item needed to complete profitable home theater and custom install projects. DBL also agreed to new distribution partnerships with Altec Lansing, Pacific Design and Dream Gear adding to an already strong line of i -Pod accessories. Other new manufacturers joining DBL's roster in 2005 include Navman, Directed, Mobile TV, Etymotic Research, GN Netcom, Spectare, Blackberry, Casio, American Recorder and Fellowes adding breadth and depth to already substantial offerings in photo/video, mobile A/V, computer, video gaming, and professional A/V categories.

"The manufacturer -to -retail distribution model continues to experience rapid change - independent retailers find it increasingly difficult to build relationships, negotiate and manage inventory with multiple manufacturers - through DBL, retailers gain access to the brand name products and high -margin accessories necessary to stock and expand their in -store offering." states Bob Wikes, DBL's senior vice -president of marketing and merchandising. "We are the one distributor that is uniquely capable of delivering the most comprehensive suite of Consumer Electronic products and accessories to independent retailers and online retailers alike."
As a result of new product lines, brand names and thousands of new products added in 2005, DBL now publishes the largest and most comprehensive catalog of Consumer Electronic products and related accessories available in the United States. In November 2005, the DBL Catalog received a "Top 100 Catalog Companies" ranking by Multichannel Merchant magazine, ranking 94th on the list standing peer -to -peer with many of the nation's most notable and well respected catalog retailers.
Other notable events taking place in 2005 include DBL's recognition as one of Arizona's fastest growing companies (#13), and an overall ranking (#15) by Arizona Corporation of Excellence. In May 2005, DBL hosted their 5th annual DBL Charity Event - "DBL In Disguise" raising over $200,000 for two local Phoenix charities with The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale and Jewish Family and Children's Service each receiving $100,000.
