The new look of Quest Series 200 designed with a more modern look for your home theater.

CEDIA EXPO 2005 - Sept. 7 -11 - Booth #512 - At CES 2005, D -BOX® Technologies, Inc. (TSXV : DBO.A) introduced Quest™ Integrated Motion Simulation Seating, an affordable alternative to their patented, award -winning Odyssee® motion simulator products. The introduction of Quest, D -BOX's first plug -and -play product, brought the excitement of home theater to an entirely new, immersive level by providing dramatic, realistic motion that is perfectly synchronized with the onscreen action and sound at prices that make it an affordable option for any home theater or media room.

For CEDIA 2005, D -BOX is unveiling a sexy new look for Integrated Motion Simulation Seating with their Quest™ Series 200, which offers users the same immersive movie viewing experience as the original Series 100 models. Updated with a new sleek profile and features such as an adjustable headrest and optional cup holders, Quest Series 200 was created to offer D -BOX customers an additional styling option when selecting Motion Simulation Seating for their home theater.

"Quest Series 200 is designed to be a lifestyle -oriented option for Motion Simulation users looking for a stylized look," said Michel Jacques, CEO and founder of D -BOX Technologies, Inc. "Quest 200 delivers the intense experience that customers have come to associate with the D -BOX name, with new aesthetics that make the seating an even more irresistible addition to a home theater."

Like the original Quest Series 100 line, Quest Series 200 can be controlled two ways - with the Series 3 340c Kinetron™ controller or with the PC3 Motion Controller Interface (MCI) and PC -based software, both of which offer Internet subscription updates to the growing collection of D -BOX F/X motion codes. Both control systems include D -BOX's F/X Motion Code Volume 4 with 100 titles. Additional volumes of 100 titles each are also available.

The Quest 200 series also features manual or motorized "wall -hugger" recliner mechanisms and can be covered in seven different NuSuede colors or ten different shades of 100% premium leather. Each chair frame is rigidly fabricated from hardwood solids and 13 -ply European hardwood plywood with metal -to -metal fasteners to withstand the substantial motional forces created by the pair of direct -drive SynDrive™ motorized Actuators that are mounted into the rear of the arms.

Pricing for Quest Series 200 will be available at CEDIA. MSRP of the Quest™ Series 100 Integrated Motion Simulation seating begins at $5,299 for a single chair with manual recline covered in NuSuede, to $10,299 for a loveseat with dual motorized recline covered in leather. MSRP of the PC -based PC3 Motion Controller Interface (MCI) and Windows® software is $799. MSRP of the Series 3 340c Kinetron™ Controller with a built -in 40 -GB hard drive is $2,999. MSRP of F/X Motion Code Vol. 1, 2, 3, & 4 are $250/each. All prices given are US.
