VP -10S1: A New Standard in High -Definition Video Projector Performance
In a move that heralds a major breakthrough in video display technology, Marantz now offers its VP -10S1 High -Definition Projector with DLP™ technology -a three -chip DLP projector that achieves a remarkable new level of home theater image quality. Designed for unsurpassed performance in every respect, the VP -10S1 is the ultimate video display device for the finest high -end custom installation home theater systems.
The Marantz VP -10S1 is designed to deliver video quality that is nothing less than astonishing. It incorporates three Texas Instruments 16 x 9 high -definition HD2+ DMD chips, in conjunction with three 1280 x 720 pixel panels and state -of -the -art DMD technology including 12 -bit processing for the DMD driver circuit, to deliver unprecedented picture quality in every respect, with standard -setting sharpness, resolution and clarity. SR7400, SR6400, SR5400 and SR4400 Home Theater Receivers: Breaking New Ground
Marantz's new SR7400, SR6400, SR5400 and SR4400 home theater receivers all offer improved features, performance and value compared to the previous models. The 7.1 -channel SR7400 is one of the industry's first A/V receivers to include Dolby Pro Logic IIx surround processing, which provides a natural, expansive, full -range 7.1 -channel listening experience from stereo and 5.1 -channel -encoded sources, thanks to proprietary processing algorithms that deliver a highly realistic, seamless 7.1 -channel sonic environment. All four receivers incorporate a host of additional advanced technologies and features; for example, the SR7400 now provides component video upconversion for all video sources, and all models except the SR 4400 are the first receivers to include new TruSurround Headphone virtual surround sound technology.
All the new Marantz receivers are engineered for superlative sound quality, featuring
24 -bit/192kHz D/A converters on all channels and newly developed discrete, high -current amplifier designs that enable the receivers to deliver a minimum of 70 percent of their two -channel power rating when operating into five channels simultaneously -a far more robust "real world" specification than competitive receivers can deliver.

OPUS Technologies has significantly expanded the capabilities of its multi -room distributed audio system with two newly available components: the VSU500 Video Switching Unit and SCU500 Serial Control Unit.
The VSU500 Video Switching Unit provides multi -room video delivery, routing up to five composite video sources to up to four zones simultaneously. The SCU500 Serial Control Unit enables the Opus system to interface with third party touch panel controllers by Crestron and AMX, in addition to PC interfacing for virtual keypad applications.
