FT. LAUDERDALE, FL - September 17, 2003 - AVAD, LLC announced the remaining 2003 dates for the CEDIA Installer Level I Certification program. The custom home technology solutions provider is offering six two -day courses from October through December. Offering CEDIA Installer Level I certification seminars throughout the distributor‚s nationwide locations is another tier of AVAD‚s continually expanding package of dealer -oriented services used to reinforce the entire custom installation channel.

AVAD and CEDIA have teamed up in an effort to deliver the highest quality training and certification classes. CEDIA‚s nationally recognized Professional Certification program for electronic systems technicians and designers will be offered by CEDIA Instructor Frank White, who will be teaching the CEDIA Installer Level I certification preparation seminars at AVAD partner firm locations throughout the United States. The first day of each course serves as preparation for attendees, covering the knowledge and applications needed for certification. On the second course day, the test is administered. Individuals have the option to register for the exam and preparation seminar separately or combined.
