HomePlug AV provides the robust backbone that frees the service providers' customers to fully enjoy the services they provide without the expense of truck rolling and the negative affects of customer technophobia. Just plug-it-in technology is what customers and service providers want.
Imagine a true digital home where an Ethernet backbone carries all kinds of content and control information (multi-room entertainment, hi-def video, automation, security, online gaming, etc.).
Enhance your lifestyle, increase your property value and enjoy all of your new digital music sources from anywhere in your home by installing a modern multi-room audio system.
I absolutely loved the Sonos Music System. It is a completely elegant solution to a highly technical challenge: that of distributing your entire digital music library wirelessly throughout the house, while making it both easy as cake to use, and affordable to the masses.
Today's solutions are better sounding, more reliable, easier to install, simpler to use and more affordable than ever!
The Elan Z-Series is a serious system and has many more features and options than mentioned here. Sound quality and control functions are excellent. The keypads buttons are small but tactile feedback is good. The VIA! touchpanel is clear and dependable ... and just a fun thing to play with. Programming the system is fairly straight forward and the functionality of the system allows for a high level of customization.
Before purchasing your whole-house music system, be sure to understand the exact functionality of your system and of the different keypads which may be installed. Decide if music is the only sub-system in your house, or if you might want to integrate other sub-systems in the future (lighting, security, HVAC, video, etc.). Planning for the future now can save on your investment and your home's technology expectations.

The new Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth replaces conventional keys with digital keys accessed through the Yale Digital Keys app for Android and iOS mobile devices, and through an app for the new Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch. The Yale app allows homeowners to unlock doors, send keys to others, control when others have access, get a message when someone enters, and revoke a digital key at any time. Unlocking the deadbolt couldn't be simpler, whether using the Samsung Gear S2 or a smartphone. With the new Samsung Gear S2, touch the watch app to activate the digital key, then touch the lock screen to unlock the deadbolt. With a smartphone, Yale's "Twist and Go" technology allows the user to hold the phone vertically when approaching the door, then twist it 90 degrees to unlock the deadbolt. Homeowners can also unlock the deadbolt using its capacitive touchscreen and a four- to eight-digit code.
