SnapStream and Shuttle Partner to Bundle PVR/Media Center Software with Shuttle Small Form- Factor PCs

Houston, TX --May 23, 2003 -Shuttle Computer Group Inc. (http://us.shuttle.com/ ), a leading provider of motherboards and small form-factor PCs and SnapStream Media Inc. (http://www.snapstream.com), a leading developer of digital entertainment software, today announced an agreement to offer SnapStream's Personal Video Station TV recording and media center software with Shuttle XPC line of small form-factor PCs. SnapStream Personal Video Station software enables Shuttle customers to record their favorite television shows on their new XPC systems.

Current owners of Shuttle XPC systems will be able to login to http://us.shuttle.com  and download a special version of SnapStream Personal Video Station 3 software. Owners of Shuttle SV24, SV24, SS50, SS40G, SS51G, SB51G, SK41G, SN41G2, SN45G, and SB61G2 will be eligible to download SnapStream Personal Video Station 3. A supported TV tuner card will be required for TV reception and recording.

Using the software's media server capabilities, consumers can watch those shows anywhere inside the home over the wired or wireless home network.
