PRAGMATIC SATISFIES CUSTOMERS' NEEDS BY ADDING "S-VIDEO OUTPUT TO ITS POPULAR TV/CATV TUNER
Sunnyvale, CA, August 13, 2002 - Pragmatic Communication Systems, Inc., the leader in audio/video control and signal distribution, has responded to a myriad of customer requests by releasing an s-video output as an option on its popular TV/CATV tuner.
At 1¾" x 6½" x 5½", this compact device comes in 3 versions: first, the standard NTSC version is designed for use in the U.S., second, the PAL 'A/I' version is designed for use in the UK, and third, the PAL 'B/G' version works in most countries in Western Europe. Receiving either coaxial cable or input from a standard antenna, the output is a composite video signal. Sophisticated plasma display monitors and high-end projection systems gain the ability to receive up to 125 standard cable television channels as well as traditional VHF/UHF frequencies.
