RTI Increases its Focus on the Dealer Experience; Hires New Senior Design and Programming Consultants

RTI, a leading control and automation manufacturer for residential and commercial applications, today announced that the company has strengthened its dealer support team with the addition of Vincent Bova and Luke Augustakis to new Senior Design and Programming Consultant positions. In their new roles, Bova and Augustakis are responsible for pre-sales and distributor support consultation, in addition to individual training and systems design programming services.

SHAKOPEE, Minn. -- Sept. 8, 2017 -- RTI, a leading control and automation manufacturer for residential and commercial applications, today announced that the company has strengthened its dealer support team with the addition of Vincent Bova and Luke Augustakis to new Senior Design and Programming Consultant positions. In their new roles, Bova and Augustakis are responsible for pre-sales and distributor support consultation, in addition to individual training and systems design programming services.

For the past 10 years, Bova has owned his own custom integration company, Total Control Remotes, specializing in dealer-to-dealer programming and design services. He also has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, and previously served as Director for a major investment bank. Bova works with RTI's North American dealers.

Augustakis has held the position of Automation Programmer for integrators such as Fi Audio Visual and Hayman's Integrated Systems, where he was responsible for all aspects of business management, software testing, and high-level installation. He has also sub-contracted for a variety of additional integration companies. Based in Australia, he works with RTI's dealers in the Asia-Pacific region.
