Executive conference focuses on remote health monitoring and care management solutions
Dallas, Texas, August 25, 2016 - Parks Associates today confirmed the keynote lineup and a special interactive session on managing healthcare experiences for the third-annual Connected Health Summit: Engaging Consumers, August 30 - September 1 at the Omni Hotel in San Diego. Executives from CentraCare Health, HumanaVitality, Medtronic, Samsung, and Walmart will provide attendees with in-depth analysis on the implications of the connected healthcare revolution and discuss business strategies and case studies emerging from the consumerization of healthcare.

She will discuss ways to effectively address the diabetes epidemic, including holistic solutions that improve outcomes and reduce costs.
• 4:00 p.m. - Alex Hurd, Senior Director, Product Development, Growth and Payer Innovation - Health & Wellness, WALMART, will present the keynote "Connected Health & Retail - Re-imagining the Future of Preventative Care Delivery." He will address how technology companies and retailers can collaborate to turn a trip to the grocery store into the beginning of a customer's journey to improving their health.
Thursday, September 1
• 9:45 a.m. - Dr. David Rhew, Chief Medical Officer and Head of Healthcare and Fitness, SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS AMERICA, will present the morning keynote "Applying Digital Health Technology to Engage Patients and Consumers to Better Health." Rhew will explore the latest trends in connected digital devices and wearables that are engaging and empowering patients to take a proactive role in managing their health.
• 11:45 a.m. - Stuart Slutzky, Chief, Product Innovation, HUMANAVITALITY, will present the final keynote "Strategies to Implement Effective Employer Wellness Programs." He will discuss market trends on employer wellness programs and ways to improve employee engagement and outcomes for these programs.
