Demo the new collection at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show, January 6-9 Acoustic Research Booth, Central Hall #10406

Las Vegas - January 5, 2016 - Acoustic Research, producers of innovative and high-performance wireless audio solutions, is showcasing its new indoor/outdoor lineup at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show. The new collection includes the Saratoga and Santa Clara Wireless Speakers, and the Wireless Speaker with LED Candle, all designed with both style and functionality in mind.

"Acoustic Research built a line of wireless speakers with close attention to design as well as performance, resulting in great wireless audio and elegant designs that match their surroundings," said Ian Geise, Senior Vice President of Acoustic Research. "The timeless design and high-quality sound will ensure you have tunes running through this season and the next, while providing lights inspired by the skies."

The newest model in Acoustic Research's Elite Series is the Saratoga Wireless Speaker ($199.99 MSRP). Sporting a powerful 5" midrange driver, tweeter and bass resonator, the Saratoga brings a powerful 20-watts of sound to your backyard patio. For a truly yard-filling audio experience, the Saratoga can be used in pairs via Bluetooth connection to deliver true stereo wireless sound. Inspired by the glow of the Northern Lights, the Saratoga also features multi-color LED lighting modes for the ultimate party experience. Light modes include a solid mode for area lighting, color changing breathing mode, and a party mode that reacts to the music being played. Built in rechargeable lithium ion battery outlasts any party and the optional AC adapter can keep the music going as long as you want. See storm clouds off in the distance? With the Saratoga's IPX4 weather resistant rating, this speaker can stand up to the elements.

Acoustic Research continues its legacy of innovative design with the Santa Clara Wireless Speaker (MSRP $149.99). The timeless and distinctive architecture of Santa Clara packs big power in a compact design to blend seamlessly into indoor and outdoor settings year round. The Santa Clara features selectable multi-color area lighting including "Breath" and "Beat" modes to set the mood. Equipped with a big 2-way driver speaker system and bass resonator the Santa Clara packs a huge 10-watt punch in a stylish package. Part of Acoustic Research's Premier Series of indoor/outdoor wireless speakers, the Santa Clara offers Bluetooth wireless connectivity to smartphones, laptops, or tablets, as well as 3.5mm aux-in functionality for a direct connection to your music source. For double the power, Santa Clara can automatically connect two speakers via Bluetooth to deliver true stereo wireless sound. The Santa Clara runs on a built-in rechargeable battery for up to 14 hours of wireless sound. The casing is IPX weather resistant, so rain won't stop this party.

The Wireless Speaker with LED Candle (MSRP $39.99) was designed to blend into any home environment while offering excellent sound and a serene form factor to help you relax. This speaker adds acoustic flare with warm, rich sound and is equipped with a LED candlelight to help set a calming mood and make your space cozy. The compact design is perfect for indoor use in the living room or kitchen, but is durable enough to stand up to the outdoors on a patio or next to the pool. This wireless speaker also has a built-in rechargeable battery that offers up to 12 hours of playback.
The new products will be available Spring 2016. Media attending the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show can demo them at the Acoustic Research Booth, Central Hall 10406. For more information, go to www.arspeakers.com or contact jenmangham@maxborgesagency.com.

Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth

The new Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth replaces conventional keys with digital keys accessed through the Yale Digital Keys app for Android and iOS mobile devices, and through an app for the new Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch. The Yale app allows homeowners to unlock doors, send keys to others, control when others have access, get a message when someone enters, and revoke a digital key at any time. Unlocking the deadbolt couldn't be simpler, whether using the Samsung Gear S2 or a smartphone. With the new Samsung Gear S2, touch the watch app to activate the digital key, then touch the lock screen to unlock the deadbolt. With a smartphone, Yale's "Twist and Go" technology allows the user to hold the phone vertically when approaching the door, then twist it 90 degrees to unlock the deadbolt. Homeowners can also unlock the deadbolt using its capacitive touchscreen and a four- to eight-digit code.
