The sophisticated AfterMaster TV process specifically amplifies and clarifies the dialogue in any program making everything else throughout the frequency range sound remarkable, providing more bottom, top and middle without distortion.
HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - (NOV 18, 2015 ) AfterMaster, Inc., (OTCQB:AFTM), an industry leading audio technology company today announced the launch of AfterMaster TV, its first exclusive consumer electronics product that enhances audio and dialogue in all televisions, regardless of the speaker system or audio controls. The sophisticated AfterMaster TV process specifically amplifies and clarifies the dialogue in any program making everything else throughout the frequency range sound remarkable, providing more bottom, top and middle without distortion.
As televisions continue to get thinner, so do its speakers. This trend is compounded by the fact that most programming is formatted for optimization with audio encoding that requires multi-speakers and amplification of each channel. A small percentage of U.S. households have such a system. Hollow sound and the need to constantly adjust TV volume in order to make dialogue audible leaves consumers frustrated. Recognizing this universal problem, the team at AfterMaster spent several years perfecting AfterMaster TV's technology and design -- creating the first product to market that virtually eliminates the issue of distorted and inconsistent sound programing.
The heart of the AfterMaster TV box is a state-of-the-art digital signal processing (DSP) semiconductor chip co-developed by AfterMaster and ON Semiconductor, which delivers AfterMaster's proprietary algorithms in a micro-sized, high power chip. The unit, roughly the size of an iPhone is simply connected via HDMI cables between an audio/video source (cable, satellite box, etc.) and a television.
The company has launched a 30-day Kickstarter campaign from Nov 18th to Dec 20th of this year. Kickstarter will allow the AfterMaster TV to go into production with product to rollout slated for February 2016. Rooted in the music industry, there are several unique pledge amounts being offered including "A Day in the Studio" with multi-GRAMMY award winning producer Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins and two days of recording studio time at the AfterMaster recording studios in Hollywood with legendary engineer and AfterMaster co-founder, Shelly Yakus.
