SentryNet partners with I-View Now

I-View Now is a true integration of video and central station software.

SentryNet is proud to announce their partnership with I-View Now. Why video verification? There are over 40 million security systems installed in the United States. Less than 3% of them are video verified to a central station. I-View Now was invented to video verify alarms during the dispatch process, reduce false alarms, and to increase apprehensions while using off the shelf security and video products. We believe in the traditional burglar alarm as a deterrent to crime, we also believe video verification is a significant enhancement to traditional security solutions.

All video plays for the operator in I-View Now's universal player and all operator actions are stored in the event history of the central station software. I-View Now is a true integration of video and central station software. When an alarm is triggered, the operator can view a clip of what caused the alarm as well as live view the facility. Simultaneously, a text message or email can be sent to the end user so they can view the same actionable video (event clip and live view) on their mobile device or computer. They can even select a button to call the central station if they choose too. I-View Now removes the guessing games of what caused the system to go into alarm, allowing for quick and direct police dispatch.

Alain Jamet, SentryNet's VP of Operations comments, "This new service allows our dealers the flexibility installing product that's most likely already familiar to them, while allowing for additional RMR opportunity and the benefit of verified dispatch."
