The Alarm.com Smart Thermostat offers a comprehensive set of automation features to provide a leading solution for energy savings and comfort. It works in concert with the security system, using all the sensors in the home to learn faster and more accurately. It responds to the security system being armed or disarmed and automatically sets the temperature back if a door or window is left open to reduce waste. Alarm.com's Geo-Services feature enables location based triggers for the optimal balance of savings and comfort.

For dealers, the Alarm.com Smart Thermostat is deeply integrated into Alarm.com's industry leading Partner Services platform, making the device configurable through the cloud. The Alarm.com MobileTech installer app provides a first of its kind installation experience. The app guides the technician through the installation steps and configures the device settings automatically to match nearly any home's system.
