CONCORD, Calif. - (March 12, 2015) - D-Tools Inc., the worldwide leader in system integration software, today announced that it would soon host a webinar detailing the newest major release of its award winning System Integrator software platform, SI 2015. The free webinar, "What's New in D-Tools SI 2015," will take place Tuesday, March 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. PDT and the session is open to anyone interested in the D-Tools platform. Attendees will learn how D-Tools SI 2015 makes it faster and easier to perform key business functions from system estimation to design and now more than ever before, project management. SI 2015 delivers a new Mobile Install feature as well as deeper integration and enhanced cross-functionality with QuickBooks, AutoCAD, Visio, and more. With this combined feature set, the D-Tools System Integrator (SI) software platform is even more beneficial to integrators and consultants, as well as tech advisors and facility managers, in that it enables them to be more productive, efficient and effective, thus improving their workflow and enhancing the value of their overall offering.
"D-Tools' data-driven platform has rapidly evolved and represents the most comprehensive systems integration software solution on the market today," says Tim Bigoness, VP Sales and Marketing for D-Tools. "With all the new features and enhancements we've added with the SI 2015 release, it's important that our current and prospective customers know and understand what the collective offering represents - an incredibly powerful tool that can maximize operational efficiencies. The D-Tools SI 2015 webinar on March 17th will deliver not only a solid overview but also a deeper dive into some of the most compelling components."
Now available, the newest iteration of the D-Tools System Integrator software platform is packed with impressive new features. Building on the architecture of D-Tools Cloud infrastructure, SI's 2015's Mobile Install (MI) gives users the power to publish Install Tasks and Service Orders to a portal powered by the D-Tools Cloud that can be accessed by technicians and installers in the field from any smartphone or tablet as well as to send and receive device-level notifications. SI 2015 users can also schedule installs and make updates to a centralized calendar then broadcast those appointments and changes out to their team in real-time, using the new Mobile Install feature. These adjustments synchronize with the SI 2015 platform for accurate time and installation tracking, which equates to far more efficient bookkeeping.
SI 2015 also features enhanced integration with QuickBooks, which allows integrators to track inventory and order status, sync vendors, and more. Highly effective AutoCAD (including AutoCAD 2015) and Visio-based drawings provide clearer and more concise communications between team members and consultants for more effective project management.
Available as a companion iOS app for SI 2015, D-Tools' Mobile Quote is a workflow-enhancing application that represents a fantastic opportunity for systems integrators, consultants, tech managers, and advisors to work with customers in the field to secure an accurate and immediately deliverable system design quote-before the customer has time to second guess the decision or find alternative resources.
