Stockholm Furniture & Light, 3-7 Feb. 2015
At Furniture & Light, the world's largest meeting place for Scandinavian furniture and lighting design, Genelec will be showcasing the G and F Series, its home audio range of loud speakers. Offering audiophile clarity in the home for all listening requirements - from laptop loudspeakers to large home theatre projects - the G and F Series features an award-winning design by Harri Koskinen, the renowned Finnish designer.
"Furniture & Light is the ideal show for us to introduce our superb range of home audio products to the wider Nordic region," says Erik Skanderbeck, Home Audio Manager, at Genelec Sweden. "The Harri Koskinen designed loudspeaker enclosure is a work of art in itself, and when combined with Genelec's long heritage in the professional audio world, you have in the G and F Series, the perfect audio product for the homeowner wanting to combine audiophile listening quality with stylish design."
The Genelec G Series has five models in the range, namely G One, G Two, G Three, G Four and G Five. The subwoofer range, F Series, includes F One and F Two. Speakers in the G and F Series loudspeakers and subwoofers are available in Polar White and Mystic Black and combine the same positive attributes that has seen Genelec remain an industry leader in the pro-audio sector for over 35 years: neutrality of the sound, accuracy of the soundstage and unsurpassed reliability.
Underpinned by Genelec's commitment to sustainability and quality, the G Series of products comes with a five year warranty and features Harri Koskinen's award-winning design in a compact aluminium housing. Room response controls are included for system calibration and the loudspeakers include Genelec's intelligent power saving feature, ISS, which switches the loudspeakers to standby mode to save energy after a period of inactivity.
