BREA, Calif.--ViewSonic Corp., a leading global provider of visual solution products, introduces the PJD7822HDL Full HD 3200 lumens home entertainment projector. With an appealing price point for entry-level home entertainment enthusiasts, the high-performing PJD7822HDL provides more brightness and connectivity options, and features a smooth white finish that blends into any home decor.

Featuring more lumens than ViewSonic's already popular home entertainment projector, the PJD7820HD, the new PJD7822HDL boasts 3200 ANSI lumens of brightness that delivers a crisp 1080p visual experience. The PJD7822HDL also supports wireless HDMI dongle devices such as Google's Chromecast™ device which lets viewers enjoy Netflix™, Hulu Plus™, and other streaming entertainment apps on a giant screen of more than 100 inches for the ultimate home viewing experience.

"First-time home projector buyers looking for an affordable yet easy-to-set-up home entertainment projector will love the unbeatable combination of quality, brightness, innovative connectivity and value of the PJD7822HDL," said Jeffrey Hsieh, senior manager of product management at ViewSonic Corp. "With its white finish, the projector's sleek design seamlessly blends into the home, whether it's ceiling mounted or used table-top. The PJD7822HDL offers a 1080p experience on a super large screen, up to 300 inches, and wireless streaming capability allows consumers to have a wider range of entertainment options."

The PJD7822HDL also includes a convenient "MyButton" feature that allows users to create customized shortcuts on the remote control. This provides for quicker, easier navigation to certain projector options such as closed captioning, lamp mode, 3D sync, and more. The projector also includes 3D Blu-ray support, integrated 2W speaker, and SuperColor technology for a wider color range and true-to-life image projection.

The PJD7822HDL will be available this month at an MSRP of $1,199.99 (USD). The new PJD7822HDL and many more new and innovative products will be shown to the trade at the ViewSonic suite at the Encore Hotel the week of CES.
