2015CES - GreenPeak Launches Next Generation Smart Home and Internet of Things Technologies at CES Tech West - Sands Expo

First demonstration of Senior Lifestyle and Family Lifestyle Systems in the United States ---- "In a decade from now, children will wonder how we ever survived without the Internet of Things or the Smart Home."

LAS VEGAS--GreenPeak Technologies, the industry leading Smart Home semi-conductor/system company, today announced that they will be demonstrating an exciting array of impressive Real Life Smart Home applications at the January 2015 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Sands Expo, "The Heart of the Smart Home", in booth 70235.

For the first time, GreenPeak will be demonstrating their Family Lifestyle Systems, a new class of products being offered for service providers and system integrators. Family Lifestyle Systems learn how a person or a family lives in their home, what they like to do and when, and then monitors their movements via unobtrusive sensors to send alerts if something happens out of the ordinary. For instance and currently being rolled out in Europe and China, the Senior Lifestyle System is a safe and secure solution that allows elderly people to live at home independently.

In addition, the GreenPeak's Smart Home demo will showcase the most recent innovations in home monitoring, smart lighting, energy efficiency and climate control.

GreenPeak will also be announcing new partnerships and new ZigBee radio chips for a diverse spectrum of Smart Home applications.

"The Internet of Things is exploding - new devices, new technologies, new ways of connecting devices to each other and to people, all require solutions that are reliable, robust and simple to use," says Cees Links, CEO of GreenPeak. "Just like our children today have a hard time comprehending a world without WiFi and internet, the next generation's kids will not understand how we managed to survive without the Smart Home and Internet of Things."

GreenPeak provides reference designs for motion sensors, smart plugs, remote controls, door and window sensors, and other Smart Home and IoT sensor devices. GreenPeak's engineering teams will help guide device manufacturers to quickly design and build low cost, low power sensor nodes, optimized for battery and battery-free operations.

ELK Products -C1M1 Dual-Path Alarm Communicators with Remote Services

C1M1 offers a truly significant reduction in transmission time in comparison to other communicators that rely on dial capture or data bus decoding. This can result in quicker response time to emergency situations which could save lives and assets. By providing both IP and cellular pathways, C1M1 provides the reliability installers are looking for in an alarm communicator. C1M1 eliminates port forwarding and extra fees for remote access. Installers can remotely upload/download programming changes to M1 controls over IP or cellular using ElkRP2. Consumers can control the M1 remotely via the free ElkLink mobile app and web portal, as well as eKeypad and M1 Touch Pro apps. Other IP-based software and interface partners can connect to the M1 control over the local network through C1M1. C1M1 also provides email/text notifications for arm, disarm, and alarm events. ELK-C1M14GSM supports GSM (AT&T/T-Mobile) networks and ELK-C1M1CDMA supports CDMA (Verizon) networks.
