SUNNYVALE, Calif., July 1, 2014 -- Spansion Inc. (NYSE: CODE), a global leader in embedded systems, today announced it joined the ZigBee Alliance. Through active participation in the ZigBee Alliance, Spansion will continue to contribute to open standards and technology collaboration to accelerate the adoption of the Internet of Things (IoT).
