Session to Discuss Wired and Wireless Microphone Technologies Available for Today's Conference Room Environments

SUDBURY, Mass. -- June 4, 2014 -- Revolabs today announced that its Senior Product Manager Holger Stoltze will be presenting a session titled "Wireless Versus Wired Microphones -- Successful Conferencing for Every Setting" at InfoComm 2014. The presentation will be held on June 19 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas. Topics will include the various types of microphones available to applications within typical conference and boardroom settings.

"The emergence of new applications and technologies for today's conferencing requirements is creating exciting opportunities for enterprise environments," said Stoltze. "To leverage these advances, decision-makers need to consider several new aspects of the evolving audio equation, including how sound is captured and transmitted to offsite meeting participants. This session will help users understand the fundamentals of microphone acoustics and discuss selection and setup best practices for any installation."

Stoltze oversees Revolabs' conference phone and installed audio product lines. His extensive industry experience includes past positions such as senior product manager at Syntellect, where he managed the IVR and CTI product lines as well as their integration with CRM software. He was first introduced to the telephony market through his employment at Philips Electronics and Speechworks. Stoltze holds a Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat) in Computer Science from the Aachen University of Technology, and over the last decade, he has spoken at numerous industry trade shows and events including several presentations at SpeechTEK.
