ihiji Launches Intensive Webinar Series and Cross-Country Training Blitz

ihiji's carefully designed, intensive training programs offer integrators and ihiji resellers numerous opportunities to learn about networking and network management from the experts

AUSTIN, TX - May 08, 2014- ihiji, global leader in remote network management solutions, announced today its robust training lineup that will culminate at the CEDIA EXPO 2014 in Denver. With dozens of learning opportunities scheduled, ihiji is leading the way in industry training and is quickly becoming known as the go-to resource for all things related to network and network management-a category, unfortunately, that has been given short shrift until now.

"We are committed to making sure that our resellers are the most well-educated in the industry," says ihiji VP of Technology, Michael Maniscalco. "This not only allows technology integrators to better serve their customers by providing the right solutions for each particular job, it also enhances the necessary skills needed to survive as their businesses continue to evolve."

Technology & Business Summit

Ihiji's cross-country training blitz kicked off with ihiji-led seminars held during the Technology & Business Summit Arizona, April 17, 2014, in Phoenix. There, ihiji taught two classes on Client Care Plans for Recurring Revenue, both of which were free to attend and open to all attendees. In this course, Maniscalco revealed techniques and offered takeaways that integrators can put into practice immediately to produce recurring revenue streams through service contracts. ihiji also participated in an open forum where integrators and panelists discussed the impact that networking has had on their businesses and how to adapt. Offered during several of the Technology and Business Summit events including Florida, California and Michigan, these courses elevate training for integrators and provide a better understanding of networking and recurring revenue. ihiji Networking Essentials Webinar Series

The intensive training push continues with ihiji's Network Essentials three-part webinar series beginning May 8, 2014. The Network Essentials series was carefully constructed by ihiji to encourage best practices and provide a greater understanding and deeper knowledge of networking. The series will guide integrators and resellers through all caveats of the network, graduating them from beginner to intermediate to advanced network specialists. A final course will be co-hosted with CompTIA - Quick Start Session to Managed IT Services. This presentation will help integrators monetize their networking skills by better understanding how to expand their managed services offerings and evaluate different pricing considerations for their company.

"We chose to partner with CompTIA to help educate CEDIA integrators and ihiji resellers with well-established IT industry knowledge," says Maniscalco. "With the ever-increasing reliance on the network as backbone of all subsystems, it couldn't be more important for our resellers and integrators to be up to speed on the latest trends in IT." ihiji Monthly Trainings

In addition to the special Network Essentials trainings, ihiji will continue to conduct monthly technical training webinars, which are free of charge and open to all authorized resellers who are looking to further their network management and/or ihiji invision skills. Go to www.ihiji.com/about/events to view available webinars by month.

"After participating in any of these training courses, whether online or at a trade show, most integrators are surprised by how much they didn't know about networking and we're happy to help."
