The Samsung WatchON application is available on Galaxy S5 through Galaxy Essentials and the WatchON Remote is pre-installed in the Samsung Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo Smartwatches. Samsung WatchON provides a service that truly shows the meaning of "connected devices," allowing the smartphone to act as an extension of a consumer's daily life, offering users more control of their lives by allowing them to control electronic products including their television and set-top box through a built-in embedded IR LED sensor.
