3-Year Warranty/Crestron Drivers/Integra Compatibility -
Zigen's 3-Year warranty and 1-Year overnight advanced replacement programs have been initiated, not out of need - the products are rock solid and rarely fail - but out of customer demand and perception - "We needed to provide comparable services to our competitors in this space ." according to Jeff Murray of Zigen. "During my tenure with Zigen the only failure - was not a failure, but a misunderstanding on configuration (hardware) of a switch - regardless, understanding the criticality of the situation a new properly configured switch was delivered overnight and the install was completed without a glitch."
Crestron and Integra compatibility and functionality added to Zigen products. Zigen continues to make integration of their products simple and compatible with the devices and control systems commonly connected to their products. Recently adding a full set of Crestron drivers to complement their AX and HX series matrix switches. Additionally, Zigen HDBaseT receivers - HVX-70R and HVX-100R have been approved and certified compatible with Integra's latest HDBaseT products - the DTR-60.5 and the DHC 60.5 meaning they are directly compatible (plug and Play) with these products without additional configuration or hardware.
Zigen continues to improve their position as the leader in Installer Approved and Tested devices for the custom integration market.
"Zigen was designed by installers, for installers," according to Ed Dellalyan, President of Zigen. "It's about reliability. No installer can afford go-backs and service calls. We were not thinking of market share when we developed our products; we just needed a product that worked right the first time. We couldn't find anything reliable, so we started a development company to find the glitches in HDMI/HDBaseT. It wasn't easy, but we did it. Our business has grown to this point by word of mouth because the guys who use our products swear by them."
