Z-Wave In The Spotlight On 3 Continents

Gearing Up For Biggest ISC West Yet

The Z-Wave Alliance enjoyed an exceptionally warm reception in Taiwan, Germany and Brazil last week at three key trade events. First, our International Evangelist for Asia presented at the SMA Smart Home event at Secutech, Asia's premier event for the Asian security market. The topic was the extension of home security through smart home control, with wireless as the natural choice for home security retrofits...featuring Z-Wave, of course, the technology of choice for the security industry.

At the same time, the Z-Wave Alliance was the power behind smart homes in more than two thirds of the solutions presented at CeBIT, the largest IT show in the world. Sixteen Z-Wave Alliance members exhibited and demonstrated at this pivotal technology expo. Alliance members also provided three hours of in-depth smart home presentations to the European market.

Z-Wave was also well represented at ISC Brazil in Sao Paolo. Z-Wave International Evangelist Jean Pascal Nathan DeSimone showed off a suite of Z-Wave products and solutions for the growning Brazilian security market. In addition, a packed auditorium watched presentations on how Z-Wave is the cornerstone technology for smart home deployments, ranging from single residences to huge MDUs.

This momentum will continue into ISC West, the largest physical security show in North America. Z-Wave will once again be the dominant wireless technology at this key event in Las Vegas, where eighteen Alliance members will be showing products and solutions. Z-Wave powers virtually all the wireless smart security systems deployed in the U.S.! Keep an eye on your inbox for more ISC West info this week. Need to register?
