Technology specialists demonstrate latest advances at Long Island Builders Expo.
Garden City, NY March 19, 2014
World Wide Security Group's member company Rainbow Protection will be showcasing advanced technology for builders while hosting a complementary informational seminar entitled, "Technology: The future is now!" The one-day Long Island Builders Expo on Wednesday, March 26 will be held at the Hilton Long Island in Melville, NY from 3:00-8:00 PM. "This is an exciting time for builders and homeowners to have technology as part of their new home construction. So many great choices and we are looking forward to exploring the vast technology available in this informational seminar we are hosting," stated Kenneth Mara, President and CEO, World Wide Security Group.
An industry study conducted by The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) found realtors reported clients were excited to find high tech items inside homes. The association revealed there was a strong relationship between home technology and the real estate market where knowledgeable realtors reported clients were open to, and excited about, technology. As a result, realtors viewed technology as a new sales tool. "Our seminar will cover home automation, security, alarms, lifestyle, audio/video technology, panic alarms, energy management and remote monitoring. Consumers are requesting this technology be part of their homes and our seminar will help to sort out what is available in the industry," explained Lenny Minervini, Business Development for Rainbow Protection.
Technology You Cannot Live Without It! Is Rainbow Protection/World Wide Security's technology education program to assist builders in choosing technology for new homes and building developments. "This has been a successful program assisting builders with technology choices and security solutions for new homeowners," stated Mara.
The informational seminar will include a practical explanation of technology in the market place exploring myth and reality, how to use and resell the technology, setting your homes apart from the competition and a hands-on demonstration.
