Noventri has announced that Lansdowne Resort is using Noventri Digital Reader Boards and Door Cards throughout the vacation retreat to ramp marketing and guest services.
February 17, 2014 - Smithsburg, MD - Lansdowne Resort, located in Leesburg, VA, is currently using Noventri Reader Boards and Door Cards to pull and display meeting and conference room information automatically to guests at the resort. The property is also making use of the Noventri Flight Board to display flight departures to traveling guests.
"Bringing Noventri on board for us, met an immediate need, which was to reduce the amount of what I would call paper signage and improve the overall way finding of the resort," says Bree Benson, Director of Conference Services at Lansdowne Resort. *
Traditionally, properties such as this use a paper system, but many in the hospitality and entertainment industry are recognizing the value of digital Reader Boards and Door Cards. With Noventri Reader Boards and Door Cards, facilities save time and money by having such information automated and displayed on signs that blend in with the d©cor.
Noventri is currently working with Lansdowne to upgrade their meeting room A/V systems, to add a digital readerboard projector system in the ballroom and to add Noventri Commander, a technology by Noventri that will allow Lansdowne to update logos and meeting room information simply with a tablet or smartphone.
Noventri Reader Boards are directly linked to the resort's event scheduling software and they pull data and display it on the digital screens automatically, resulting in less work for staff. Noventri Door Cards provide Lansdowne with the ability to add marketing or branding content to the digital Door Cards, as well as serve as digital artwork throughout the facility, saving the facility hundreds of thousands of dollars.
