BOXLIGHT Announces Release of ProjectoWrite5

BOXLIGHT releases interactive, dual screen, dual pen projectors

Belfair, WA (March 29, 2013) BOXLIGHT has announced the release of the ProjectoWrite5, the most advanced interactive projector available, and the latest in BOXLIGHT's patented, award winning interactive projector line featuring dual screen and dual pen interaction.

The ProjectoWrite5 features Dual Screen Link, which creates two separate and independent interactive screens by connecting two P5's to one computer. This feature allows for twice the interactive surface area and with the addition of dual pen, allows two separate presenters to interact with the screens and/or toggle interactive content back and forth.

The ProjectoWrite5 also features PC-less presentations through the addition of a USB input, allowing for 1.5G of internal storage. Display Office docs, video, audio, and image files.
The initial release includes three versions;
ProjectoWrite5 WX30N | WXGA, 3000 lumen, standard throw
ProjectoWrite5 WX31NST | WXGA, 3100 lumen, short throw
ProjectoWrite5 X32N | XGA, 3200 lumen, standard throw

With EZ Wi-Fi LAN software (a free download), use a USB to mini-USB cable or the LAN connection of the projector and your network, to display content from your computer. Stream desktop video and audio direct from your PC or MAC.

The EZ Display APP for mobile devices will allow you to send images, web pages, or view live from your mobile device, and includes annotation features to allow for real-time interaction. With an optional Wi-Fi USB display adapter (dongle), connectivity increases to include projection of up to four devices at one time.

The ProjectoWrite5 ships standard with side changing lamp and filter for easy access and advanced optics increase the contrast ratio up to 3000:1. Multiple anti-theft features come standard and the projector has seven different display modes, logo capture and image freeze, along with an on-board 10 watt speaker bringing quality audio to presentations. In addition, the P5 qualifies for BOXLIGHT's "Lamps for Life" lamp warranty program and is TAA compliant.

"This is the simply the most advanced and most intriguing interactive projector on the market today,"
says Jeremy Peterson, BOXLIGHT Product Manager. "The P5 doubles the interactive surface area and allows for two separate, simultaneous, and interchangeable interactive surface areas in addition to allowing two independent users to interact.
