AV designer and manufacturer Smart-e Limited will reveal its new collection of digital and 'HDMI-analogue fusion' AV solutions at ISE 2013 (hall 4, stand no. 4U72).
Throughout 2012 Smart-e's R&D team has focused on developing digital versions of their well-renowned AV analogue equipment, and created new professional switching and distribution solutions that interface HDMI, CAT5e-8, DVI, fibre and USB KVM, that comprise Smart-e's Smart Digital Solutions (SDS) range.
As Jon Lane, Smart-e's managing director says "We have invested in a lot of hard work and thought to create a range of equipment that is technically innovative, bursting with useful features, very robust and suitable for many applications, from home cinemas and small office solutions, through to digital signage and multi-room corporate communications."
Making their first public appearance at ISE 2013 will be:
NEW corporate collaborative workspace solutions
Following Smart-e's success with its multi-format wall plate range launched at ISE 2012, the company has designed a new complete solution for the corporate collaborative workspace. This includes a new presentation switch featuring a mix of local HDMI and remote analogue and digital inputs via CAT6 cable. This complete solution allows inputs to be connected via a plate interface incorporated into the meeting room table tops and distributing content through CAT6 connectivity to the screen.
NEW Single source to multiple display splitters
A new range of Smart-e HDMI splitters (HDCX-800 and HDCX-400) which distribute video and audio signals from one source device, such as a DVD player or PC, to up to eight screens or projectors simultaneously.
NEW digital matrices
The company's recently launched high resolution matrix, the SmartDigital MCT-16, will be joined by an enhanced version, called the MCT-16 PRO. Being revealed for the first time at the show, features include an integral Ethernet switch, allowing 100baseT to each display and an extra audio switching layer.
The base model for this matrix (SmartDigital MCT-16) will also be available for inspection. This high resolution matrix switches and distributes up to 16 HDMI signals over a single CAT5e-8 cable enabling the delivery of HDMI, InfraRed, RS232 signals and inline power over distances of up to 100m.
Smart-e's renowned analogue equipment
In addition, visitors to Smart-e's stand will be able to examine the company's range of analogue switching and distributing multipoint-to-multipoint large scaleable CAT5-8 matrices, for applications where digital is not suitable.
The Smart-e R&D and sales team will be on hand throughout ISE 2013 - visit their stand in hall 4, stand number 4U72.
