Audiofly Incorporates CORDURA® Fabric to Create a Long-Lasting Premium In-Ear Headphone

Company Brings the Perfect Combination of Sound, Comfort and Durability to AF78, AF56 and AF45 Series

Perth, Australia, (Aug. 07, 2012) - Audiofly® designs, manufactures, and markets premium in-ear headphones for musicians and discriminating consumers. Audiofly's top of the line AF78, AF56 and AF45 arrives complete with an AudioflexTM cable, which is tangle free, and features a braided cable sheath made with durable CORDURA® brand fabric for exceptional strength and abrasion resistance.

"We are thrilled to work with Audiofly to develop a solution that enhances the durability and life of the AudioflexTM cable," said Cindy McNaull, global CORDURA® brand and marketing director. "With more than 30 years of trusted rugged performance, CORDURA® fabrics are best-in-class when it comes to durability, versatility and reliability,"

"We brought the same craftsmanship and exacting
detail to Audiofly headphones that artists bring to their music. We also kept in mind, no matter how great the sound is, if the cord breaks, your in-ear headphones are rendered useless," commented Dave Thompson, CEO of Audiofly.

"Our high spec AF78, AF56 and AF45 offer our AudioflexTM braided cable, which not only has Kevlar® reinforced conductors, but is reinforced with CORDURA® fabric in the outer sheath for exceptional strength and amazing durability. We wanted the very best and approached the CORDURA® brand team for a lightweight, braided, durable yarn that looked good, and yet had to protect our in-ear headphone cord. CORDURA® fabric is known worldwide to designers and sport enthusiasts for its superb resistance to abrasion, moisture, tears and scuffs," Dave added.

AF78 Series
Flagship of the Audiofly range, the dual driver AF78 features a balanced armature device, usually found in professional earpieces, and a 9mm custom dynamic driver. The combination draws on the strengths of both driver types to produce amazing separation across the dynamic range and delivering beautiful high end detail and well-defined response in the lower and mid frequencies. Listeners can experience music and comfort via the four sets of improved silicon ear tips, and 2 sets of ComplyTM foam tips.

The AudioflexTM tangle free, braided round cable has braided CORDURA® fabric to provide superior strength and abrasion resistance. Created with a classic look, it's also rugged and features Kevlar® reinforcing in each conductor. Clear-TalkTM is available on all models. Audiofly has separated the microphone from the mechanics of the button for better voice transmission during conversations.

Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth

The new Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth replaces conventional keys with digital keys accessed through the Yale Digital Keys app for Android and iOS mobile devices, and through an app for the new Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch. The Yale app allows homeowners to unlock doors, send keys to others, control when others have access, get a message when someone enters, and revoke a digital key at any time. Unlocking the deadbolt couldn't be simpler, whether using the Samsung Gear S2 or a smartphone. With the new Samsung Gear S2, touch the watch app to activate the digital key, then touch the lock screen to unlock the deadbolt. With a smartphone, Yale's "Twist and Go" technology allows the user to hold the phone vertically when approaching the door, then twist it 90 degrees to unlock the deadbolt. Homeowners can also unlock the deadbolt using its capacitive touchscreen and a four- to eight-digit code.
