Matrox Releases Mountain Lion Support for Entire Line of I/O and H.264 Encoding Products

MONTREAL - Aug. 1, 2012 - Matrox(R) Video Products Group today announced the immediate availability of Mac(R) OS X(R) 10.8 (Mountain Lion) support for Apple(R) Final Cut Pro(R) X and Apple Compressor with the Matrox MXO2(TM), Matrox MXO2 MAX families of I/O devices, and the Matrox Mojito(TM) MAX card.

Matrox support for other applications such as Adobe(R) Creative Suite(R) 6 Production Premium, Avid(R) Media Composer(R) 6, and Avid Symphony(TM) 10 will be validated as Mountain Lion versions of those applications are released.

Availability
Matrox products are available through a worldwide network of authorized dealers. The new Matrox version 3.0.1 software includes support for Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion), as well as Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion). The software is available now to registered users as a free download from the Matrox website.
