Kiel has been involved in many facets of the HVAC business for over 20 years, starting out working for his father's commercial plumbing and heating business. After graduating from Ball State University, Kiel learned replacement sales with an emphasis on open communication and respect. His experiences with some of the best financial minds in the HVAC industry led Kiel to find efficient ways to simplify the sales and service business.
